ABOUT TEAM CARGO
We are a critical generation that wants to improve the world and at the same time is out for convenience. We are two young boys who, like the rest of the Netherlands, regularly and happily order online. But we were also annoyed by the working methods of old-fashioned transporters. That frustration led to inspiration. This is how TEAM CARGO saw the light of day in 2020.
CONSUMER ON ONE
TEAM CARGO always puts the consumer first. We make all decisions based on that basic principle. Is it good for the consumer? Then we’ll do it. That’s how simple we make quality.
Onze dienstverlening biedt gemak. De chauffeur staat op de stoep als je thuis bent en niet ‘ergens tussen 12:00 en 18:00 uur’. Wij vinden het normaal dat een bezorger de tijd krijgt om een pakket met een glimlach af te leveren en dat hij of zij jou veel plezier wenst met je bestelling. Daarom betalen we onze bezorgers per uur, niet per gehaast pakket.
Wij zien onze bezorgers als het visitekaartje van webshops. Door dat uitgangspunt zijn bestellingen bij TEAM CARGO in goede handen. Employees are an important part of our success formula. We offer them security by employing every delivery person. Thanks to stable working relationships, our customers are more than satisfied, and so are the consumers. We also compensate our CO2 emissions and therefore deliver climate neutral. That also suits our generation.
